Aquapel & Aquapel Plus

Protects concrete from the damaging effects of water and road salts and deicing chemicals. It is a water-based silane/siloxane treatment that is odorless, nonflammable and VOC compliant. AQUAPEL offers positive chloride-ion screening, prevents moisture intrusion, minimizes rebar corrosion and potential concrete spalling. Complies with all state and federal VOC regulations. Available in two concentrations. One coat application recommended for most applications.

Chem Hard

Economically hardens and dustproofs concrete surfaces by chemical reaction. This sodium silicate penetrating treatment is odorless. Five year warranty against dusting available.

Citrex

A citrus-terpene-based degreaser and stripper that is designed for heavy duty cleaning, stripping, and everyday maintenance. CITREX effectively removes grease, dirt, and curing compounds from concrete floors. CITREX is concentrated and can be diluted with water to suit the need. Pleasant orange smell.

Color Fast™

ColorFast is a UV stable water-based color product for exterior and interior concrete. ColorFast decorates, hardens and protects bare concrete surfaces with proprietary ingredients to give concrete color, extra durability and abrasion resistance. Colorfast is used as part of a system with L&M Lumiseal FX concrete sealer. The Colorfast system is ideal for interior and exterior concrete surfaces; including residential and commercial broom finished concrete porches, patios, driveways, and sidewalks.

Crystex

Our "top of the line" precision, non-shrink structural grout. Extended work time. Designed for critical grout applications under vibrating machinery and in applications where high flow, non-shrink performance is needed. Conforms to ASTM C-1107.

Debond Form Coating®

Our high performance, chemical release agent that eliminates concrete buildup from sticking to all types of forms, in all types of weather. Excellent for wood, aluminum and steel forms. VOC compliant, DEBOND forms a water-resistant barrier that greatly reduces form maintenance and concrete surface defects (bugholes). DEBOND is less expensive than conventional form oil per square foot, and is the most cost effective extended warranty you can buy for a set of forms. Low odor DEBOND contains no diesel fuel or fuel oil, only the finest, highly refined raw materials.

Dress & Seal 30

High solids means high gloss and top of the line curing with our DRESS & SEAL #30. This product cures, seals and dustproofs concrete with a high solids (30%) blend of UV stable blended acrylic polymers.

Dress & Seal WB

DRESS & SEAL WB is a general purpose water based acrylic blend cure, sealer, VOC compliant. DRESS & SEAL WB cures, seals and dustproofs concrete. It effectively cures concrete and assists in proper strength development. Resists yellowing. Very low odor. Easy to apply.

Dress & Seal WB 25

DRESS & SEAL WB 25 formulation is a water-based, low VOC, acrylic copolymer solutions that cures, seals and dustproofs concrete. The tough film locks in moisture, curing the concrete for maximum hardness. This clear, fast drying, sprayable liquid is equally effective on interior and exterior surfaces.

Dress & Seal WB 30

DRESS & SEAL WB 30 is a high performance, water based acrylic blend cure, sealer, VOC compliant. DRESS & SEAL WB 30 cures, seals and dustproofs concrete with a tough impervious film, helping the concrete attain maximum hardness. Very low odor. Resists yellowing. Easy to apply.

Duracrete

A single component, polymer-reinforced, high-strength, cement-based patching and repair mortar. DURACRETE has been designed to repair, slope or level structurally sound, concrete surfaces that are pitted, worn, scaled or spalled. In addition, this product can be sculpted to repair concrete members and deep voids. This patching and repair mortar is effective in both interior and exterior applications. When properly applied, DURACRETE will produce a strong, durable, well-bonded surface of desired texture.

Durafloor HP

A high strength, self leveling concrete overlay topping that is easy to place. DURAFLOOR HP rapidly gains strength to allow pedestrian and vehicle traffic or mechanical polishing within 24 hours after placement. The time-proven benefits of positive bonding and durability assure precise decorative repair of worn and pitted concrete surfaces.

Duragrout

A cement-based, general use construction grout, ideal for column base plates, anchor bolts, small equipment, and grouting concrete wall penetrations. Conforms to ASTM C-1107 at a plastic and flowable consistency.

Durapatch Hiway

A cement-based, very rapid hardening patching system that develops quick, high strengths, is non-shrink and provides excellent bonding qualities in both flowable and no-slump consistencies. Recommended in application depths of 1" or more.

Durapatch Industrial

A versatile, polymer modified, cement-based mortar with extended working time for easy placement. This extremely durable repair material provides excellent bond, resistance to corrosion, very low permeability and high compressive strengths. Can be placed in interior spalls of 1/8" or greater.

Durapatch VOH

DURAPATCH VOH is a pre-measured cement-based thixotropic mortar system consisting of polymers, aggregates and additives for easy-to-use vertical and overhead patch repairs. This product prevents damage from mechanical impact and abrasion, environmental and freeze-thaw deterioration and chemical destruction from mild acids, caustic solutions and other chemical contaminants COMPLIANCE: ASTM-C 928

Duraplug

A ready-to-use waterproof hydraulic cement. DURAPLUG sets, expands, and anchors quickly to stop water flow and seepage through concrete and masonry openings. Packaged in convenient, re-sealable plastic containers.

Durathin Patch

A single component, polymer reinforced, cement-based leveling and patching system. This product is designed for horizontal and vertical repairs requiring a thin or featheredge cross section.

Duratop HP

For that needed abrasion resistant industrial floor topping we recommend DURATOP HP. This flowable natural metamorphic spinal aggregate produces a highly abrasion and chemical resistant solution for abusive impact and concrete floor wear conditions. The high concentration of the very abrasive resistant aggregates consisting of silica oxide, aluminum oxide, and ferric oxide assure a dense, tough floor resistant to impact and abrasive wear with a blend of cement to return floors to service in 48 hours.

E Z Strip

Offers effective stripping of forms at economical prices by means of a physical barrier that prevents concrete from attaching to concrete form surfaces. Low odor, E-Z STRIP contains no fuel oil or diesel fuel.

E-Con

STOP PLASTIC SHRINKAGE CRACKS WITH E-CON!
E-CON is a scientifically developed concentrated liquid that, when placed on fresh concrete, forms a thin, continuous film which prevents premature and rapid loss of moisture from the concrete surface. E-CON is very effective in minimizing the negative effects of rapid drying conditions due to high temperatures, low humidity, high winds and direct sunlight. At less than one cent a square foot, E-CON is an insurance policy you can afford to have!

Emeryplate FF

The industry's ultimate dry shake for industrial floors requiring additional abrasion resistance and impact protection. EMERYPLATE FF is engineered to be able to spread onto a newly placed, highly plastic slab and still achieve a flat floor. Rust-free performance is ideal for wet conditions.

Emerytop 400

The most durable floor system available. It is a flowable, emery/corundum, heavy duty topping for ACI Class 6 and 7 industrial floors. It is engineered to provide an extended working time and flowable performance for easy placement. EMERYTOP 400 produces a concrete floor surface that gives appreciably longer service life than normal high strength concrete, iron or trap rock toppings.

Epobond

EPOBOND is a 100% solids, high-modulus epoxy adhesive used to bond fresh concrete to hardened concrete; steel to fresh or hardened concrete; as a grout for anchor bolts, dowels and rebar; as a binder for epoxy concrete, and for bonding other dissimilar materials.

Epogrout 758

A high strength, hig flow, high performance epoxy resin grout that cures at normal temperatures into a tough, non-shrinking, precision grout of high chemical resistance. EPOGROUT 758 is scientifically formulated to withstand severe dynamic load shock in marine and heavy duty industrial applications.

Epoprime

A fast setting, two-component 100% solids, moisture tolerant primer for the installation of L&M DURAFLOOR HP and other wear toppings. EPOPRIME has been specifically formulated to accept a sand broadcast to work as a general purpose primer.

Everbond

A ready-to-use, non-revertible, acrylic admixture and bonding agent designed to permanently reinforce and bond Portland cement/sand mixes to horizontal and vertical concrete and other sound surfaces.

Everweld II

EVERWELD II is a concentrated poly-vinyl acetate (PVA) bonding agent that is non-oxidizing and ultra-violet stable. EVERWELD II is a one part, film forming, rewettable adhesive. It becomes an integral part of the interface between a cementitious material and the surface to be bonded. EVERWELD II creates multiple bonds between materials.

Fastrak

FASTRAK is a high strength, cement-based concrete patching compound which offers high strength, rapid setting, and assures a concrete repair that is structurally sound and aesthetically pleasing. After initial set, FASTRAK may be shaved or shaped to conform to surrounding surface contour.

FGS Concrete Conditioner

A proprietary concrete cleaner and conditioner designed for on-going maintenance of hardened polished concrete surfaces. This product is highly concentrated and contains state-of-the-art wetting, emulsifying agents and optical brighteners. This product is specifically manufactured to be used for maintenance of FGS PERMASHINE Floors. In addition to cleaning ingredients, FGS Concrete Conditioner contains proprietary hardener ingredients that continue to reinforce surface durability and improve visual appearance.

FGS Hardener Plus

A proprietary, chemical hardening solution that is formulated to increase the wear resistance and surface strength of concrete floors that have been mechanically ground, smoothed and polished. This product is a component of the FGS PERMASHINE Floor Rejuvenation Process. Answers the unique demands of a flat, ground and diamond polished floor better than any other product.

Fluohard

A concrete hardener and dustproofer that contains magnesium and zinc fluosilicate solution with an anionic surfactant for deep penetration and 100% chemical action. Five year warranty against dusting available.

Grip It and Grip It AO

Emery and aluminum oxide aggregates that are designed to produce a nonslip concrete surface by broadcast application onto freshly placed concrete.

Hydroblock

An effective water repellent treatment for concrete block and other very porous surfaces. Formulated scientifically with the latest generation of water-based, VOC compliant, active ingredients, HYDROBLOCK is an effective long term treatment for difficult to seal concrete block and split face concrete masonry.

Hydropel WB

Our newest generation of water-based, VOC-compliant water repellents. This reactive silane and siloxane blend penetrates surfaces to form an invisible, long lasting, water-repellent barrier. Odorless and easy to apply. HYDROPEL WB is recommended for dense and moderately porous vertical masonry and concrete substrates.

Joint Tite 750

A rapid-setting, polyurea joint filler that protects interior saw cuts, control joints, and random concrete floor cracks subjected to heavy loads and high volume of forklift traffic from edge spalling and deterioration.

L&M Cure

L&M CURE is a VOC-compliant, ready-to-use, nonresidual concrete curing agent that penetrates surfaces to cure the concrete from within. It is a water-based, clear, sprayable liquid that offers residue free performance.

L&M Cure R and L&M Cure R-2

L&M CURE R is a water borne, ready-to-use, clear resin based membrane cure. The membrane forming ability of L&M CURE R is designed to retain sufficient moisture to properly hydrate concrete placements.
L&M CURE R-2 is a water borne, ready-to-use, opaque, white pigmented, resin based, membrane forming cure formulated for exterior pavements. The excellent light reflectance of L&M CURE R-2 white pigmented cure makes it suitable for state highway and other exterior pavements.

L&M Cure W and L&M Cure W-2

L&M CURE W is a water borne, VOC compliant, ready-to-use wax based curing compound. L&M CURE W is odor-free and therefore suited for use in enclosed areas. Because of its waxy membrane, L&M CURE W is not recommended for floors scheduled to receive subsequent treatments or toppings.
L&M CURE W-2 - A water borne, VOC compliant, ready-to-use, white pigmented wax based curing compound. L&M CURE W-2 is best used where high sunlight reflectance and maximum curing properties are required, such as state highways, city and county roads, bridge decks, and dams.

L&M Trap Rock

L&M TRAP ROCK is a combination of 100% graded trap rock and portland cement. It is a polyhedral shaped, abrasion resistant, chemically inert, non-absorbent aggregate produced from igneous rock. This dense mineral aggregate is crushed into a polyhedral shape. It is carefully graded to assure ease of placement. This results in interlocking dense mass that produces high performance floors of excellent abrasion resistance.

Levelex

A self-leveling, cement-based underlayment that is easy to place, and easy to cover. Its rapid set characteristics allow a fast return of the floor to traffic. Recommended for repair depths from featheredge to 2", that are scheduled to be covered.

Levelex Econo

A ready-mixed, Portland-cement based self-leveling floor underlayment, developed to economically resurface and level indoor surfaces prior to instalation of subsequent toppings and floor coverings.

LiON HARD

a VOC-free, environmentally friendly lithium silicate concrete floor densifier, hardener, and sealer. Penetrates bare concrete surfaces and immediately transforms weak calcium hydroxide and calcium carbonate compounds found in concrete into dense, insoluble, durable flint-like wear surfaces.

Lumiseal FX

LUMISEAL FX is a blush resistant, non-yellowing, curing and sealing compound designed to provide attractive, high gloss sealing qualities that are totally resistant to discoloration from ultraviolet light exposure. LUMISEAL FX is formulated with advanced water based, low-VOC emulsion chemistry that produces a very durable film with superior early water resistance to blushing, whitening or blistering. LUMISEAL FX is recommended for use on interior or exterior decorative and colored concrete, and where low-odor performance is required.

Lumiseal Plus

LUMISEAL PLUS is a non-yellowing, high performance cure and sealing compound designed to provide high gloss sealing qualities that are totally resistant to yellowing from ultraviolet exposure. LUMISEAL PLUS is available in a standard high solids formulation and is suitable for use on both interior and exterior surfaces.

Lumiseal WB and Lumiseal WB Plus

LUMISEAL WB and LUMISEAL WB PLUS are 100% non-yellowing, water based, high performance, pure acrylic cure and sealing compounds. They are designed to provide sealing qualities that are totally resistant to yellowing from ultraviolet exposure. These products have low odor and are ideal for patterned, stamped, and architectural concrete.

Pentox 50

A pre-measured two component, low viscosity, epoxy resin sealer that penetrates concrete surfaces to completely fill pores with minimal membrane buildup. Protect concrete from oil penetration.

PERK!™

PERK is an advanced, two part, 100% reactive, high solids, non-yellowing polyaspartic coating. It is available in clear and pigmented colors, with quartz aggregate or vinyl chip to produce an exceptionally durable and attractive seamless coating that can be placed in less than half the time necessary for comparable epoxy coatings. Key benefits of this product are a fast dual curing feature, wide temperature installation, with a simple one to one mixing ratio.

PermaGuard SPS

PERMAGUARD SPS is a quick drying, low odor, water-based solution containing a new generation, VOC compliant emulsion of organic, crosslinking, low molecular weight polymers.

Petrotex

PETROTEX is a ready to use, quick drying, low-odor, water-based solution containing a new generation, invisible, and VOC compliant blend of silane, siloxane and fluoro-polymers. PETROTEX effectively treats concrete pavements, driveways, commercial and industrial building floors to resist the penetration of water and oils. PETROTEX penetrates into the surface, forming a long lasting oil and water repellent barrier that retards the penetration of these contaminants.

Primer One

A water based liquid-polymer, latex bonding agent for use with L&M toppings and over-layments

Primer Plus

An advanced water-based latex polymer dispersion for priming very dense, smooth, nonporous, non-absorbent substrates such as terrazzo, marble, metal decking, ceramic and quarry tile, and epoxy flooring prior to the installation of L&M toppings, LEVELEX products and cement based repair mortars.

Quartzplate FF

A ready mixed, 98% pure quartz silica mineral aggregate, dry-shake hardener that increases floor surface durability from four to five times over normal concrete. It contains graded aggregates and proprietary admixtures that allow this product to be broadcast onto a highly plastic slab to achieve a flat floor. Colors and light reflective formulations are available.

Quartzplate FF Light Reflective

QUARTZPLATE FF LIGHT REFLECTIVE is a ready-mixed, scientifically graded, 98% pure silica aggregate, non-metallic dry shake-on hardener which combines the abrasion resistance of the natural quartz aggregates with energy saving light reflectivity. These treated floors wear up to four times longer than normal concrete.

Seal Hard

Our "top of the line," new generation concrete chemical hardener, densifier, dustproofer, and sealer. SEAL HARD hardens and seals the concrete near surface wear zone better than any product in its class. It prevents tire marking and minimizes contaminant penetration. SEAL HARD is recommended for use on ACI Class 4, 5, and 9 (super flat) floors, and for Class 6 industrial floors. USDA approved. Ten year warranty against dusting available.

Vivid Concrete Dye

Vivid Concrete Dye is ideal for use with the FGS PermaShine polished concrete floor system, but can also be used as a base color or touch up for acid stained concrete or as a coloring agent itself.

Vivid Dye WB Plus

VIVID DYE WB PLUS is formulated using extremely fine molecules of color designed to penetrate and color any cementitious surface. VIVID DYE WB PLUS was created for use with FGS PermaShine polished concrete floor system, but can be used as a base color or touch up for acid stained concrete or as a coloring agent itself.
