Product Description

FORM LIFE is an oil free, high solids, ready-to-use, polyurethane lacquer coating designed to protect wood forms from the attack of concrete. FORM LIFE tightly adheres to wood surfaces forming a water and alkali proof, abrasion resistant, tough but flexible film.

FORM LIFE is a VOC compliant lacquer sealer that can be applied by sprayer, brush, or other conventional methods. The hardened film seals wood surfaces to protect concrete forms from penetration of the water from the concrete and alkali attack on the wood fibers. This positive sealing quality increases form life by two to three times, while preventing the transfer of wood grain marks to concrete surfaces. The use of DEBOND FORM COATING on FORM LIFE treated wood forms facilitates smooth, stainfree concrete and eliminates rubbing.

Basic Use: FORM LIFE is a tough coating that offers the positive sealing from the impervious, durable film forming qualities of polyurethane laquer sealers. FORM LIFE seals wood forms against the penetration and attack of concrete moisture and alkali. This product is recommended for use on used and new, untreated wood forms for precast, foundations, and gang forms.
