Water-Based, Wax Membrane Curing Compound

Product Description

L&M CURE W is a VOC-compliant, ready-to-use, membrane forming, emulsified wax concrete curing agent that cures the concrete by forming a barrier against moisture loss without staining concrete surfaces. It is a sprayable liquid that offers maximum water retention performance. L&M CURE W is a clear membrane curing compound. L&M CURE W-2 is an opaque, whitepigmented membrane for use primarily on exterior concrete pavements.

L&M CURE W is low odor and appropriate to use in enclosed areas. L&M CURE W is effective on either vertical or horizontal surfaces. This product complies with Federal Air Quality Regulation 40 CFR 52.254.

Basic Use: L&M CURE W is an effective, economical curing compound that should be used only on surfaces in areas where subsequent coatings or toppings are NOT planned. L&M CURE W-2 is best used where maximum curing and sunlight reflectance are required, such as state highways, DOT's, city and county roads, bridge decks, dams, and curb and gutter work.

03300: Liquid membrane forming curing compound: Shall be VOC compliant, wax base, conforming to ASTM C 309, Type 1, Class A and meeting local air quality regulations. "L&M Cure W" as manufactured by L&M Construction Chemicals, Inc.

02520: For exterior pavement only: Shall be VOC compliant, wax base, conforming to ASTM C 309, Type 2, Class A, and AASHTO M-148, Type 2. "L&M Cure W-2" as manufactured by L&M Construction Chemicals, Inc.
